Spam Policy
Sprint Broadband Direct prides itself on providing the highest level of customer
support to its users. In order to continue to maintain this level of support,
Sprint Broadband Direct firmly enforces its Acceptable Use Policy and the terms
and conditions found in the Customer Agreement. By using our service, customers
agree to abide by these policies.
Sprint Broadband Direct prohibits spamming on the Sprint Broadband Direct
network and prohibits the use of EarthLink e-mail addresses in spammed mailing.
Sprint Broadband Direct defines spamming as sending "large quantities of
unwanted or unsolicited e-mail to individual e-mail accounts".
If you feel you have been spammed by a Sprint Broadband Direct customer, or
receive spam in general, please forward the example to
abuse@sprintbroadband.com.
We will investigate the matter and take action as appropriate.
