When will I receive my bill each month?

Within two days of the bill cycle date, your account will be debited or the invoice will be mailed depending on the pay method. Bill cycle dates are the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of each month.

Can I get a copy of a detailed bill by fax or e-mail?

Yes. Please contact Customer Service to have a copy sent to you.

Can I change the billing address on my account?

We accept Visa debit, Mastercard debit and direct debit from checking/savings accounts.

What is the NSF fee for a returned check?

If any check sent to Sprint in payment for services is returned unpaid by your bank, you will be charged $30.00 (or the highest amount allowed by applicable law) for each returned check - whichever is less.

What is the late payment fee?

A $2.95 flat fee will be charged to your account for late fees.
